MVMNT Collective CrossFit
CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity (Courtesy of CrossFit, LLC). What this means in simple terms, we do a variety of workouts, that use effective movements from (not exclusive to) gymnastic/ body weight movements, weightlifting, as well as rowing/running/biking.

Our CrossFit program is developed to enhance an individual’s competency in a multitude of diverse physical demands. Our coaching staff will teach you how to move safely, effectively, efficiently, and with the necessary range of motion and movement patterns that ensure the best results. You'll enjoy a workout in a fun, supportive and fast-paced environment.

If you have recent CrossFit experience (i.e 6+ months spent at an affiliate) you may bypass our MVMNT Fundamentals and jump right into our Group classes. Simply fill out the form at the bottom of the page or drop-in to a class and Join The Collective.
