Regardless of where you are at in your health & wellness journey, we recommend starting with a free MVMNT Assessment. Meet with our staff to discuss your goals and develop a plan to help you reach them.

Join The Collective

Find the right option depending on your experience level and needs 

MVMNT Fundamentals

Start here if you are starting CrossFit/Group Fitness for the first time or have less than 6 months of experience with CrossFit.

Personal Training 

Start here if you're looking for a one-on-one individualized approach toward your specific goals

CrossFit Group Classes

If you have more than 6 months experience with a CrossFit gym. Movement screening assessment required.

Open Fitness

Have your own program you follow? Contact us about Open Gym access.

Lift + MOVE Group Classes

Progressive group strength training effective, safe movements, with training sessions that allow you to define your own intensity.

Other Services

We have a fully outfitted Olympic Weightlifting area for your Open Fitness needs. Olympic Weightlifting Class every Sunday at 9am
