Lift + MOVE is based on organized, progressive training principles that will help you to increase your fitness goals. This program is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing resistance exercises and cardiorespiratory health through various conditioning styles. With progressive training you will be able to safely and effectively learn movements & exercises, develop & progress in intensity and strength. It offers a consistent approach to workouts and exercise/skill development.

This class is great for individuals of all ability levels created to build strength and overall fitness. From those newer to CrossFit or the veteran CrossFit member looking to add consistent strength work in addition to our CrossFit classes.
